Initiation Program Update
2017-09-11 - Orleans RUSH IP 1Information for parents about the upcoming Initiation Program season.
Hello IP Parents
With the season fast approaching, we wanted to reach out and provide you with an update.
Season Start
The season will start at the end of September. The exact date will be posted shortly. The first weekend we will be sorting the players into two groups – IP1 and IP 2. The players are sorted by skill to provide them with the best opportunity to develop their skills.
Volunteers Needed
A successful season requires the help of many people. At the IP level we are looking for trainers and coaches. While we need coaches at all levels, there is a definite need for coaches at the IP 1 level. IP 1 is traditionally the first year players. If you are able to help, please contact us. Without the help of volunteers, the program cannot run.
Parent Meeting
There will be a parent meeting prior to the start of the season. The exact date of the meeting will be posted shortly. This meeting will outline the structure of the program, the requirements and offer a chance to ask questions and get to know members of the OMHA
