Time to get your Hair and Nails done
Its Photo Day! Comb your hair and put your best side forward for the camera.
Our Photos are scheduled for Tuesday, November 19th at 8:00pm @ Bob MacQuarrie – old Physio Clinic Room near the OMHA office. We will wear BLUE (Jerseys & Socks)
Photo Day Information
· You do not need to purchase a package to be included in the Team Photo (you do need to fill out the form with your info. without selecting a package)
· Players are to arrive in full uniform (no change rooms)
· Bring your hockey stick for individual photos
· There will be a seating area for the players to put on their skates
· BRING YOUR COMPLETED ORDER FORM WITH YOU!
· Cheques, Debit, Visa, MasterCard and Cash will be accepted (for Cash payment please provide exact change in an envelope)
· If ordering Trading Cards/Custom Posters you will need the players height in feet/inches and the weight in lbs
· If you want the combo page with the player and team photo select a package with the Memory Mate (or order separately)
